ordered 2 clamps ,was shipped one ,texted crusty, received clamp 2 days later

Sadly, the tip broke as soon as I used it. I haven't had any problems with Crusty and it was probably just a bad batch. Now, I need another!

John, sorry the clamp broke. This is the first time anyone had issues with these. I'll send a replacement.
