Moto Guzzi Fuel Tank V7 Sport 750S 750S3 LeMans 850 14100250 Reproduction

This tank would actually be most correct for the V7 Sport and the 750S as the fuel cap hinges to the front. The 850 LeMansand 750S3 use a tank that looks identical but the cap hinges to the rear.

Uses the standard petcock 17105460 / 17105461 and the standard fuel cap 13103960

Raw steel tank ready for primer and paint.

Tank can easily be fit to other early Tonti frame models such as the 850T, T3, Convert, G5, 1000SP, etc. Tank can also be adapted to later model Tonti frame bike with a bit of work.

One customer reported that on his early 1972 V7 Sport, he had to cut off, turn around, and reweld the front brackets so the lips of the hinges point to the outside of the tank, not inside. I think this gained him a few millimeters in width at the attachment point. This tank fits later V7 Sport, Le Mans I, and II,  850T, T3, etc. perfectly as is.
